Completely separate entrance on the back of large house, in safe Gated community Ocean park with 24/7 security 1 block from the ocean. 10 min to airport or Old San Juan. Public transport nearby, easy walk to the food stores, restaurants/bars, Few minutes drive/or 15 min walk to large grocery shops. Near Barbosa park (tennis courts/ basketball). Free street parking. The space Its Small Studio with small Private bathroom, small fridge/ microwave. There is an Independent entrance from the rest of big house, directly from the street. Patio on the back. Centrally located, right on the beach ( but no ocean view, the windows look at the garden/ patio). it would be ideally for solo budget traveler who travel alone ( or with small child) for sightseen/ beach and need just safe clean place to shower/sleep at night. Great alternative to youth hostel. Booking for 1 night only will add $25 additional fees. If you would need the bigger space-it can be arranged, 1 or 2 extra bedrooms can be added to small studio (for the extra charge), making it 1 bedroom/1 bath with kitchen or 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths apartment (with 2 separate entrances and a lot of privacy for total 7-8 people) . however we are managing the several AIRBNB listed properties, which might be more convenient and spacy for the larger groups stay in the same gated community Ocean park. Other things to note There are 24/7 security cars running in the gated community , its very safe place to live. Puerto Rico and Ocean park community particularly is known for having the Ferrel cats. They are friendly and shy, do not try to come inside the house or close to the strangers , but you might see them on the streets and even on the front yard ( usually not on your back yard). There are Coci frogs singing at nights ( they are sounds like birds and symbol of Puerto Rico, indication of the clean ecological environment). 1 night only booking with add the additional $25 fees The Current update in February 2026, There is serious issue with Large water Plant supplying the whole San Juan Metropolitan area from the beginning of February. We are managing the several properties, just in case of lack of water in one of listed apartments, we will offer to substitute with other apartment without additional charge. They are all located in approximately same location, all in gated community Ocean Park. The Water Authority of Puerto Rico provides updates on current water conditions, but unfortunately, water interruptions can still be unpredictable. Although there is an option for instant booking, I encourage you to contact the host directly to inquire about the current water situation. We will do our best to accommodate you and offer the option to choose another property if needed. Should you wish to change properties, we will inform Airbnb management about the listing swap. Alternatively, if the water situation does not meet your needs, you may cancel your reservation without any penalties.
