The bedrooms could be locked from inside and outside; the entrance also has a keypad lock. o Washer/Dryer and the spacious patio/backyard area will be shared with guests from the other unit o Bi-weekly cleaning service of the common areas is provided (if you're interested in renting the entire unit, message us) * We require copy of government-issued ID before arrival * Guest access o The laundry room and backyard/patio will be SHARED with the other units. o There is ONE first-come-first-serve parking spot on the driveway (sedan or SUV only - no truck/trailer/RV). and plenty of free street parking right in front of the house o Street sweeping is 2nd & 4th Wednesday from 10:30am-2:30pm) => Parking on the lawn is ok During your stay We want you to feel at home during your stay and will do our best to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. This unit is in the back of the house and you'll have your private entrance through the side door. This unit is located in close proximity to another unit (see photo) but only the kitchen shares a wall. o The same central A/C and heating system is used for all units and will be regulated by host. The temperture will be maintained between 67 F-71 F
