The principal and middle bedrooms have a connecting door, ideal for families traveling together Right outside the bedrooms, you’ll find a refreshing pool, perfect for cooling off from the tropical heat 🌞💦. Upstairs, the second floor offers a spacious outdoor kitchen, dining area, and sitting space, all with ceiling fans for comfort. Inside, there’s a fully equipped kitchen, island, custom-built sofa, half bath, and another ceiling fan. Two large sliding glass doors and an accordion window above the indoor sink allow the ocean breeze to flow through the space 🌬️. 🔒 Please note: The pantry and outdoor storage room are for owner use only. Some bedroom cabinets are also locked for owner storage. Guest access The house is located on a quiet dirt road, just a five-minute walk to Sunzal Beach. You enter through the driveway gate and door within the gate. Each bedroom has its own key to enter and lock. The first and middle bedrooms have an access door in between but can be locked as needed. Some cabinets in each room are locked for owner use only. However, there are plenty of other storage areas for clothing. The outdoor storage room and pantry are for owner use only. Other things to note 🔔 Please note: This is not a beachfront property. The house is located on a small hill, offering panoramic ocean views and a refreshing breeze on the deck 🌊🌬️. We recommend reading the check-in instructions, as well as details on the location and property access before arrival. 🚗 The access road is rustic; low-clearance vehicles are not recommended. A 4x4 is not required, but a vehicle with decent clearance is best. 🌿 You may encounter local wildlife in the area, such as birds, iguanas, and squirrels.
