The space The house is located in a residence, sharing with the other condominiums the parking area and the pool area, which is accessed through a stone staircase set in the rocks of the Pantogia. The house, all furnished in Sardinian style, is arranged on two floors: on the ground floor there is a small entrance, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a large bathroom with shower. The first floor leads to the dining room and kitchen, with windows overlooking the large wooden terrace, overlooking the rocks of the Pantogia and the sea (the view at sunrise and sunset is suggestive, while in the evening the surrounding area appears as a large nativity scene).
