No coupon, No swimming. Admin Hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Saturday is a half-day until 1pm) Pool hours: Tue-Sun 6am to 10pm No admin transactions on Sundays or holidays (Sat is half day). Pool Access: Only 2 guests per unit are allowed to swim per day. The pool is closed for maintenance on Mondays. Other things to note - Last minute bookings (same day Mon-Fri or out of office hours) may experience delays on receiving the approved GAF from the admin (requirement for check in) since it is needed to be processed on a first booked, first processed, first serve/approval basis. Better to book at least 2 days prior your check in date. 😊 However, we can accept last minute booking but please take note on this. ☝️ And don't worry, we always doing our best to expedite and get it done in 2-4 hours from the standard check in time (2pm). But, if you prefer to check in at 5PM onwards and the booking has been confirmed as well before 3pm, there are usually no delays as we have the alloted time to process and wait on that. Usually peak hours are typically 9AM to 3PM. - We can accept visitors as long we haven't reach the number of pax per room and with an additional charge. Registration of the visitor is need at least 1-2 days prior of visit (during admin hours) No last minute No authorization No enter. Note: Need Physical ID that needs to be surrendered at the lobby.
