Old building with a view of Wallberg

Welcome to our pretty 3-room apartment in a beautiful old building of a house built in 1913. The apartment is on the 4th floor in the beautiful Pforzheim district of Brötzingen with a great view from the balcony of the Pforzheim Wallberg. The space The layout of the apartment is as follows: 1st bedroom: - TV - Dresser - 2 single beds - round table and 4 chairs 2nd bedroom: - 2 single beds placed next to each other (can also be placed individually) - Wardrobe - 2 armchairs Living room: - 1 single bed - Sofa (pulled out with a lying area of 140 x 200 m) - TV on a cabinet - Wardrobe Kitchen with balcony: - Oven - 4 burner stove - Refrigerator - Freezer compartment - Cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils - French press to make coffee - Small sitting area - Seating on the balcony Please let us know if you are missing something. Shower bath: - Shower towel per guest - 1 towel per guest Separate toilet - Small hand basin Private parking space (5 min walk) on request Guest access The space is used solely by our guests. Only the washing machine with dryer function in the basement is shared with the residents of 4 other apartments. Other things to note Free parking is right around the house and is usually easy to get. We are happy to give tips. The washer-dryer (washing machine with dryer function in one) is in the washing machine room in the basement. Please contact us if you would like to wash - we will show you everything! :-) The journey can be made very comfortably by train. The station "Brötzingen Mitte" is only a 2-minute walk away. Some bus lines are also very close. Bus stop 11 is 100 m away, which takes you in approx. 10 minutes to Wilferdinger Höhe, for example, to the Arcus Sports Clinic or Siloah Hospital. By car, you can get to the apartment's address relatively quickly from the West highway exit. Parking in the busy Brötzingen district is sometimes easier and sometimes you have to look for something. Feel free to contact us for tips. Parking space: A private parking space can be used free of charge upon request (only if available). The parking space is about a 6-minute walk from the apartment. There are relatively many free parking spaces directly at the house, but they can also be occupied. No smoking inside the apartment please, but you can go to the balcony. The separation of garbage must be strictly observed, waste glass must be taken to a public container. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
