Welcome to our tropical retreat in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico! Just 7 minutes from BQN airport and a 5 minute drive to the famous Crash Boat beach, Peña Blanca beach, and downtown Aguadilla. Our cozy house offers the perfect blend of beachside convenience and countryside tranquility. Nestled amidst lush greenery, including coconut palms, soursop, banana and avocado trees, our property provides a peaceful escape reminiscent of the stunning Puerto Rican countryside - your island getaway starts here! The space Our home consists of a full kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s very comfortable and cozy. The closets are big with plenty of space for your belongings. We have a large yard that consists of a patio with furniture, an area with swings and fruit trees. There are roosters, chickens and cats that visit the property. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire house and outdoor areas. Other things to note INSECTS - As our house is surrounded by lush greenery typical of the Puerto Rican countryside, guests may encounter various insects during their stay. These may include creatures such as ants, mosquitoes, and occasional flies. While we take measures to minimize their presence indoors, we advise guests to keep windows and doors closed to prevent them from entering. WILDLIFE - Sometimes friendly stray cats roam the outdoor areas. These feline companions are well-cared for by our neighbors and add to the charm of our rural setting. Additionally, guests may encounter local wildlife such as colorful birds, lizards, and roosters, chickens all of which contribute to the natural beauty and ambiance of our surroundings. While these animals typically remain outdoors, guests should be aware of their presence and enjoy observing them from a distance during their stay. PARKING- There is a free Parking space for one car only. Additional cars will be charged a fee of $25 per night. POWER OUTAGES - Solar panels and battery backup are available. During outages, please limit air conditioner use, as heavy usage will reduce battery duration.
