BEDROOMS: - 🛏️ 3 luxurious suites, each designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy. EACH SUITE IS EQUIPPED WITH: - 🛌 Box beds and pocket spring mattresses to ensure a great night's sleep. (We also have a crib available upon request) - ❄️ Split air conditioning to keep the room temperature pleasant during all seasons of the year. (new appliances) - 📺 SmartTV with open channels, Youtube and other apps; -🚿 Private bathroom with hot shower, sink and toilet (i.e. there are 5 bathrooms, 3 bathrooms in the suites + 2 bathrooms in the leisure area) - 👼Mini crib for babies up to 6 months or 8 kg. (Upon request in advance) LIVING SPACE: - 🛋️ A spacious and comfortable room, ideal for relaxing and socializing with family and friends. - 🎬 Furnished with cozy sofas and a 75-inch Smart TV for entertainment (with YouTube and other apps). KITCHEN: - 🍽️ A modern, fully equipped kitchen, with all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. - 👨‍🍳 Equipped with cooktop stove, gas oven, refrigerator with freezer, brewery, coffee maker express dolce gusto (capsules) and all necessary cooking utensils, such as pots, plates, cutlery and glasses. DINING AREA: -🍴 A spacious dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs, perfect for enjoying delicious family meals. EXTERNAL AREA: - 🌳 A large outdoor space, all grassy, with well-kept gardens and an inviting pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days. - 🔥 A barbecue and a wood-burning stove, ideal for preparing outdoor meals and enjoying moments of socializing with family and friends. IMPORTANT: ❗ Bed and bath linens are not included! Guest access . OUTDOOR LEISURE AREA: - 🏊‍♂️ Enjoy our spacious heated pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off on sunny days. - 🍖 Have a delicious barbecue on the grill while enjoying the scenery around you. - 🍻 Keep your drinks cold in the fridge with freezer and in the brewery to ensure relaxing moments. - 💦 🏊‍♂️♨️ Heated pool with waterfall and whirlpool. INTERNAL LEISURE AREA: - 👨‍🍳 Cook your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen, with a cooktop stove and gas oven. - ☕Dolce Gusto coffee maker (espresso capsules) available free of charge for guests (just bring or buy your capsules). We also have a strainer and a thermos for that traditional country coffee. - 📺 Relax watching TV or connect with friends and family via the Wi-Fi internet available throughout the house. REST COMFORTABLY: - 🛏️ Enjoy our suites, all equipped with Split Air-Conditioning and ceiling fan, containing new mattresses, all with pocket springs. GATED PARKING: - 🚗 Park easily and SAFELY in our large enclosed parking lot, which can accommodate up to 6 cars. Other things to note ATTENTION - ❗ Bed and bath linens are not included! - 🌡️ The house has a heated pool with a solar system, and may have temperature variation at certain times of the year. - 🚫 Next to the pool there is a sauna that is deactivated, with equipment under maintenance and, momentarily, is not part of the rental, due to problems with the steam generator. - 🔒 In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a closed room, where maintenance tools, belongings and utensils for the personal use of the owners are stored. - 👥 The occupancy limit is up to 16 people, and no greater number of people or guests is accepted. - 📵 No events are allowed in the space! - 🚷 The maximum number of people allowed in the place is 16 people, regardless of whether they are staying or not; - ☕ Dolce Gusto espresso machine available free of charge for guests (just bring or buy your capsules).
