Come and stay in our charming single-story house, ideally located just 5 minutes (by car) from Saint-Émilion. The house has a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Enjoy a shaded terrace and a garden open to the vineyards to relax. Whether you're with family, friends or a couple, our house is the perfect place to discover the Saint-Emilionnais. The space The Logis de la Grâce Dieu Les Menuts offers a living space of 120 m2 and combines comfort and elegance. The entrance opens onto a spacious and bright living room, comprising: - A modern and fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster) opening onto a shaded and furnished terrace. - A dining area that can accommodate 6 guests. - A lounge area open to the second terrace and overlooking the vineyards. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine is at your disposal. The night area is composed of: - 1 WC, - 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed (Queen) as well as a dressing room, - 1 shower room with sink and walk-in shower, - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed (double bed) as well as a wardrobe, - 1 master suite with a 180 cm bed (King Size) with private bathroom and dressing room. The decor is refined and harmonious. The Logis de la Grâce Dieu Les Menuts is part of the property of the same name. We would be happy to welcome you to the castle to show you around our property and introduce you to our wines. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house as well as the outdoors. Other things to note The house is the property of Château Grace Dieu Les Menuts, we would be happy to welcome you to the castle for a visit & tasting (upon request). The house is located in the heart of the vineyard, you can at all times be the spectators of maintenance and treatment of the vine. We may intervene for the maintenance of the exteriors, however we will make sure to preserve your privacy and communicate with you to inform you of our hours of passage. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the departmental which connects Libourne to Saint-Emilion. This can generate traffic disturbances at certain times of day, the house is nevertheless equipped with double glazing. The garden is not fenced and opens to the vines. We are delighted to provide a crib (umbrella) and a high chair. A wine cellar is available in the kitchen. This includes 6 wines from the property. The rates are displayed on a form to the right of the wine cellar. You can pay in cash at check-out or by bank transfer (IBAN on the form). Any outstanding payments at check-out will be charged by AIRBNB.
