Fare for tricycle is about 50 pesos per ride ($1) depending on the distance of your desired destination. example: to go to the walking street (bars and restaurants) between 50-150 pesos ($1-$3). -To walk to the walking street, it is about less than a mile walk. Perhaps a 15 minute walk. -Plenty of Laundry shops (walking distance) for your laundry -Plenty of restaurants around the area (within 5-15 minute walk) -It is only about 5 minute drive to main gate Clark. -Food delivery is also available via Food Panda and Grab (make sure you set it up) -Taxi available (Grab app) highly accessible to any transportation in the area. The house is fully air-conditioned, and you can enjoy premium Netflix during your stay. Towels and toiletries are provided except toothbrushes and we will prepare the house according to the number of guests on your reservation. For any additional requests, feel free to contact us. Please note that, as this is a residential area rather than a hotel, we don't have backup generators, so occasional power outages due to weather or maintenance by the electric company may occur. We are in the heart of the city and a busy residential neighborhood; hence, outside city noise is to be expected. Unfortunately, these situations are beyond our control. We have emergency lights and a fan (located behind or below the TV) to help you stay cool while waiting for the power to return. Outages typically last up to 1 hour based on past experiences. If the power is out for longer than that, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you. In case keys are lost or damaged, a penalty of 500 pesos will be charged to the guest. Plus an inconvenience fee of 300. For stays of more than 28 days, we require a lease agreement to be signed in person on day of check in. There will be an additional of 300/person per night after 4 people. Kindly please provide exact number of people in the reservations. Shall there be any changes in the number of people before or during check in, kindly inform the host and modify the reservations via airbnb resolution center. For short term guests (1-7 day stay) -A slim container filled with purified water (potable water) (5 Gal) is provided in the unit free of charge. -basic toiletries are provided enough for a short term stay. For long term guests: (stays more than 7 days) -Water refills, same day delivery is available with a charge of 30 pesos ($0.60 cents). Contact host to provide phone number to call/text. Guest must be home when a request for delivery is made. -Cleaning of the unit is available upon request with a charge of 600 pesos ($12) for those long term stay guests. -Host will provide enough for the initial few days stay. Guest should supply basic toiletries like toilet paper when initial placement runs out, guest must provide. -laundry must be laundered at laundry shops available nearby. 🏡🏡🏡House rules: 1. Check in time is 3pm onwards. If you need to check in early, kindly communicate to the host ahead of time if this early check in is possible. If so, a fee of 300/ hour early of check in time will be collected unless approved by the host. 2. Check-out time is STRICTLY 12 noon. We charge P300 every 30 minutes over unless approved by the host. Please contact host if you think you will be extending to ask for approval. Due to the demands of the unit, we need time to turn over the place for the next guest, I hope you understand. Truly appreciate it. ****Please leave the key back in the lock box upon check-out and shuffle the numbers. 3. House Slippers are provided in the unit. There is a shoe rack for your shoes inside. (Please LEAVE the slippers upon check-out) 4. Wash your dirty dishes and used kitchen wares. Charges may apply if left dirty. 5. Clean as you go. 6. Try to keep the toilet flooring drysegregation 7. Please throw all garbage at the designated segragation bin located in the property. As mandated by Resolution No. 323-S2025 of our town, all guests are required to properly segregate their trash. Unsorted waste will NOT be collected, and a fine of ₱1,000 will apply to guest. Please refer to the trash guide photos provided in the garbage area to sort your waste correctly. Please do not leave us excessive garbage, we will fine you a 1,000 pesos for additional garbage pick up. Thank you for helping us keep the community clean. 8. 1 car parking is available for the guests, street parking thereafter. 9. Strictly no smoking/ vaping inside the unit. Be away from windows and doors if you need to smoke. Ashtray is provided outside. Do NOT litter. A penalty of 2000 pesos if smoke odor is smelled upon check out. 10. MUST notify host for VISITORS not listed as GUESTS. (People who are not staying overnight) MUST get approval first. 11. No parties or loud music after 10 pm. Quiet hours are between 10pm to 8am. 12. No ⛔ Illegal drugs or any form of illicit activities are strictly prohibited within the premises. 13. 🗝️ It is essential that you handle the keys and remote controls provided with care throughout your stay. Any loss or damage to these items will incur appropriate charges. 14. The usage of electricity must be conservative. Please turn off your air-conditioning unit when not in use and when leaving the premises. Additional charges may apply if left unattended and consumed more than 20kwh/ day. 15. The gate must be closed/locked by the guest at all times. You may need the keys when closing the gate. 16. Sorry no pets. A penalty of 1500 if there is pet smell, hair sheds or odor. All damages will be shouldered by the guest. ❣️ Please refrain from using oil based products on the bed as they stain our sheets, also avoid spillage, urine or body fluids that can stain our mattresses. We will charge 2000 pesos for deep cleaning of the mattresses, sofa or carpets if stained during stay. We highly value your satisfaction and want to ensure the best possible experience during your stay. We strive to respond swiftly to any concerns or discrepancies you may encounter. Therefore, we kindly request that you promptly notify us within 4 hours of check-in if you have any questions or encounter any issues. Failure to communicate within this specified time frame shall be construed as an implicit affirmation of contentment with the condition and amenities provided.
