This warm and welcoming rustic yet modern 3 bedroom/2 bath chalet-style home in the desirable Eagle Crest golf community features beautiful cedar throughout, large windows for great natural lighting, and an open-concept living area with a slider door that opens to an extended back deck with a hot tub overlooking a creek and pond. Plus access to golf courses, indoor pools, tennis courts, racquetball courts, basketball courts, pickleball and volleyball courts, a spa, a gym. The space 3 BEDROOMS + LOFT | 2 BATHS - Bedroom 1: Upstairs, Queen Bed w/ private ensuite bath + drawers & closet - Bedroom 2: Downstairs, Queen bed + drawers & closet - Bedroom 3: Downstairs, 2 Twin Bunk Beds (4 total beds) - Loft: Upstairs- desk area and futon couch Shared full bathroom downstairs. Both bathrooms include all amenities, including body wash, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryers, and hand soap. KITCHEN A well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals with your friends & family. We provide some staple cooking ingredients and all the appliances/cookware you'll need, but you will be required to bring your own food items for your stay. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. DINING ROOM Comfortably seats 6-8 at the large table. Two bar stools are included at the breakfast counter as well. FAMILY ROOM Enjoy time around the wood-burning fireplace. SmartTV, fast wifi, and games are provided for your entertainment. DECK The private back deck includes outdoor furniture to relax, a BBQ, and a private hot tub. LAUNDRY Don't worry about having to pack too much! A full-sized washer & dryer with detergent are provided. PARKING Two free dedicated parking spaces are located at the front of the chalet. RESORT ACCESS Our guests receive passes to all 3 Eagle Crest Sports Centers. Including: Workout room Indoor and outdoor pools Tennis courts Pickleball 3 Golf courses 18-hole put put course Sauna Bike Rentals Trails For guests looking for a bit of relaxation, book yourself a day at the resort spa. The resort also offers 11+ miles of hiking and bike trails, including direct access to the Deschutes River and views of the entire Cascade Range. EXTRAS The chalet is stocked with games, books, DVDs, portable fans, and extra blankets & pillows. Guest access You can utilize the entire space! Other things to note Unfortunately the fireplace is not currently functioning. Resort Access including Golf Course, Pools, hot tubs, river access and more. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy, both inside and outside our home. We want everyone to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings! If evidence of smoking is found, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged. This helps us keep the space enjoyable for everyone.
