Beautiful, super-equipped and comfortable apartment, ideal for enjoying a few days in nature. With an incredible view of the Chapelco mountain range, an unbeatable location. We are in a gated neighborhood "Club de Campo Estancia los Ñires", 15 minutes from downtown San Martín de los Andes and 5 minutes from Lake Lolog. * On the neighboring land a construction site is being developed, the only drawback for the guest is the aesthetic obstruction of the view (photos of the division are attached) * The space The property consists of a complex of apartments divided into 2 floors, ground floor and 1st floor. This particular unit is on the ground floor. Modern and solid construction, it has large windows facing south-east, which provide an unbeatable view of the Chapelco cordon. All our apartments have 1 bedroom, the same with a queen size bed. Maximum capacity 3 adult guests, with great comfort, thanks to the large spaces. In the living room there is a sofa bed where the 3rd guest would sleep, with a normal size mattress 1.90 x 0.80. We have everything you need for an amazing vacation: - Radiant slab heating - Top-quality equipment -Wi-Fi - Smart TV with Direct TV - Balcony with grill - Linen (sheets, towels and bath towels) Guest access Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. Each unit has its own space, a wooden deck at the lawn level, with a grill and outdoor armchairs, to enjoy spectacular views. Other things to note It is a mountain apartment, located 1000 meters above sea level, in a forest and mountain environment in Patagonia Argentina. Access is via a gravel mountain road. We are away from shopping malls, located in a rugged environment. However, it is 9 kilometers from downtown San Martín de los Andes (about 15 minutes under normal conditions). Its location 5 kilometers from Lake Lolog makes it an ideal point in summer to enjoy its beaches a few minutes from the apartment and, in winter, enjoy the snow in the surroundings and walks in the forest.
