Guests staying here have access to everything the full property rental offers, including: • Three ensuite bedrooms (two king, one queen) • Spacious living room with a wood-burning stone fireplace and seating for groups • Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances • Dining Room table that seats 10, plus the counter with 3 barstools • Covered porch with lake views, dining table, fireplace and comfortable seating • Fire pit and patio for evening gatherings under the stars • Washer & dryer for added convenience • 6-acre private lake for swimming, paddle-boarding, kayaking, and fishing • Stocked trout pond for catch-and-release fishing • Private hiking trails leading to Lady Falls and scenic ridge views • Sassy Goose Pavilion with a fire pit, games, and seating areas • Wifi Guest access Guests have access to the entire Lodge and all 41.6 acres of our beautiful property. This includes the lake, the trout pond, and various trails for hiking and exploring. All accommodations provide guests with shared access to the 6-acre private Emerald Lake, fishing in the stocked trout pond, and private hiking trails leading to Lady Falls & the mountain ridge. The Sassy Goose Pavilion serves as a gathering space with a fire pit, games, dining table, and seating areas. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature without ever leaving the property. We also provide firewood for the outdoor fireplace on the porch and the bonfire pit by the lake. Feel free to explore the forest for additional firewood, or just enjoy the provided supply.
