Gávea BNB - Green Suite with Balcony

Private suite with balcony in a family home located in the heart of Gávea, 10 min walk from PUC Rio, 5 min walk from the main points of the neighborhood. The suite is on the ground floor of the main house and has a private bathroom, queen bed, split air, ceiling fan, high-speed Wi-Fi, minibar, work desk and closet. We provide bed linen and towels and perform weekly cleaning of the suite, as well as weekly laundry and ironing. The space The house has super nice outdoor leisure areas for a rest after city tours. It also has a steam sauna, shower and barbecue grill. Three suites are available for accommodation, equipped with split air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar, safe, cable TV and Wi-Fi. The suite in this listing has a private patio with a set of chairs and table and a hammock to relax. It accommodates up to 3 people and can be configured with 3 single beds or 1 queen and 1 single (ask me about the other suites). The kitchen can be used freely by guests. Breakfast can be served outside or in the breakfast room.
