It has a good-sized bedroom with a very comfortable king-sized bed that can be split into two singles if requested. There's a TV in the living room that can be viewed from bed, or from the living room sofa and occasional chair. There's a space for dining with a four seater dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Workspace: For those here on business, there's a designated workspace with a desk and chair, as well as free Wi-Fi (highest available speed) to keep you connected. Things to note: Our flat is the perfect retreat for solo travellers, couples or twin share travellers with the king bed separated into two singles. It is a convenient and peaceful place to call home during a stay in Sydney: a simple but well-appointed space with a relaxed, stylish, private and comfortable home-like atmosphere. The second bedroom is open to the main bedroom, so the layout is best suited to a family rather than four unrelated adults. For comfort and privacy, we only accept bookings for a maximum of two adults plus up to two children. It is only a short walk to the local shops where you'll find a well stocked supermarket, chemist, butcher, bakeries, and excellent cafes and restaurants. The flat is just a two minute walk to join the Inner West's new Greenway - a six-kilometre environmental, walking and cycling corridor linking the Cooks River at Earlwood with the Parramatta River at Iron Cove and the Bay Run. The Greenway features shared paths and foreshore walks, cultural and historical sites, artworks, cafés, bushcare sites and a range of parks, playgrounds and sporting facilities. Transport - A two minute walk to the Inner West light rail service and buses connects you to the city. There is plenty of time-unlimited on street parking. And if you come to Sydney by air, it is about 25 minutes by taxi from the airport. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with a full-sized oven, hot plate and dishwasher and an under bench fridge. There's a Nespresso coffee machine with milk-frother, jug and toaster. The combined washer dryer is great for loading in the morning and coming home to washed and dried clothes. Guest access See floor plan for what parts of the property are accessible to guests staying in the flat. Your flat is entirely self-contained and can't be accessed by anyone but you. Other things to note There is a bedroom with a King bed that can be divided into two single beds upon request. The bedroom can open up onto the living room where there is sofa that can convert into a Queen bed. When just one person is staying, we'll have the King bed made up. When two people are staying, we'll have the King bed made up, but if you would like it separated into two singles, please let us know as soon as possible after booking so that we can let the cleaners know. When three people are staying, we'll make up the King bed and the Queen sofa bed for one. When four people are staying, we'll make up the King bed and the Queen sofa bed for two.
