Equally nearby light rail (two-minute walk), buses and trains take you to the Inner-West action in Newtown and Marrickville and on into the city. It has a good-sized bedroom with very comfortable beds for two people, a room with a Queen-sized sofa bed for two more people, a space for dining, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Workspace: For those here on business, there's a designated workspace with a desk and chair, as well as free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Things to note: Our flat is the perfect retreat for solo travellers, couples or a small family looking for a convenient and peaceful place to call home during their stay in Sydney. It is a simple but well-appointed space with a relaxed, stylish, private and comfortable home-like atmosphere. It is only a short walk to the local shops where you'll find a well stocked supermarket, chemist, butcher, bakeries, and excellent cafes and restaurants. Transport - A two minute walk to the Inner West light rail service and buses connecting you to the city. There is plenty of time-unlimited on street parking. And if you come to Sydney by air it is about 25 minutes by taxi from the airport. The King bed can be converted to two single beds upon request at booking. The sofa converts to a Queen size bed upon request at booking. There's a wall-mounted TV opposite the King-bed with Netflix. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with a full-sized oven, hot plate and dishwasher and an under bench fridge. There's a Nespresso coffee machine with milk-frother, jug and toaster. The combined washer dryer is great for loading in the morning and coming home to washed and dried clothes. Guest access See floor plan for what parts of the property are accessible to guests staying in the flat. Your flat is entirely self-contained and can't be accessed by anyone but you. Other things to note There is a bedroom with a King bed that can be divided into two single beds upon request. The bedroom can open up onto the living room where there is sofa that can convert into a Queen bed. When just one person is staying, we'll have the King bed made up. When two people are staying, we'll have the King bed made up, but if you would like it separated into two singles, please let us know as soon as possible after booking so that we can let the cleaners know. When three people are staying, we'll make up the King bed and the Queen sofa bed for one. When four people are staying, we'll make up the King bed and the Queen sofa bed for two.
