The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator of a beautiful stone building, with an access code for the first carriage door and then an SAS door with intercom. We will arrange a hand delivery of the keys together following your reservation, in order to welcome you and introduce you to the accommodation. Other things to note - Mandatory security deposit: imprint of 700€/stay only via a secure platform (procedure following your reservation) - Bedroom 2 will be set up for rent with the addition of a spacious double bed, and the installation of a desk for remote work. - the fireplaces are not functional, they are purely decorative.
