Get excited for lots options for fast food or sit down meal at a restaurant with family or friends! The space As a guest, you will have access to 3 Queen-size Beds, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Crib, 1 King-size Floor Mattress, 2 Loveseat, 1 Recliner Couch, 1 Loveseat recliner, 1 Office Desk, 1 Dinning Table, and 2 Chaser Lounge Chairs. Additionally, you will have the kitchen, laundry room, 2 Bathrooms, a living room with TV Trays and a TV, extra folding table and chairs, a baby gate for living room, a backyard, and parking on our side of the joint driveway available to you. Guest access Our home has 5 bedrooms, and 4 of them will be accessible to guests and include a TV. The garage, Bedroom 1 closet, Bedroom 5, and both downstairs closets will not be available to guests. Other things to note Guest Occupancy Transparency: The maximum number of guests is 16, not including infants. Guests 7 to 16 will have a $10 per night per person fee. The first 6 guests will not be included in this fee. Feel free to inquire about an early check-in or late checkout option. The associated fees are $20 per hour. We do not allow pets, but if things change in the future or we make an exception, the fee will be $45 per stay per pet. There is a 15% discount on weekly stays and 30% for monthly stays. If we believe a guest is responsible for damages, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs, we may send the guest a reimbursement request through Airbnb Resolution Center. Guests have 24 hours to respond. Nonprofit Discount: We offer a discount for nonprofit inquiries on a case-by-case basis. We can send you a special offer after we receive your inquiry. Taxes and Aibnb specific fees still apply and we as the hosts do not control those. LARGE GROUPS/GATHERINGS/EVENTS/PARTIES Parties are not allowed at this time. If we do offer the option of large groups, gatherings, or events, it will be on a case-by-case basis. The occupancy will be for up to 30 people, and previously stated parking rules still apply to maintain respect for our property and neighbors. There will be an additional fee of $200 to $500, which covers additional cleaning, incidentals, and general liabilities. We have experienced carpet stains and items going missing, for example.
