This villa is located beneath the Bird Streets and is just a short walk above Sunset Boulevard and Soho House and a few minute's drive from Beverly Hills. This area is the most upscale and secure part of West Hollywood. You can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and bars, enjoying the vibrant Los Angeles nightlife without having to navigate dangerous, dark, winding, and narrow roads that other hillside homes often require. This villa features 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Living Room 3 (two beds) and Bedroom 4 are on the underground level and include new motorized shades and room dividers for added comfort and privacy. (shades not pictured) Wi-Fi download speeds of up to approximately 800 Mbps are available. Fiber with a mesh system enables seamless connectivity throughout the villa. Private gated parking is available on the premises, providing three spots. The entire villa is gated off from the public, ensuring security and privacy. Gardening, Pool, and Pest Control maintenance may service the exterior areas with side access. Outdoor security cameras monitor the number of guests entering the villa for safety and surveillance of the neighborhood and property. Guest access All guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Using the outdoor pool/hot tub heater and the gas fireplace incurs additional fees: Pool/Hot Tub Heater: $100 per 24 hours, waterfall included if requested. Note that the hot tub has no jets, and the pool and hot tub share the same temperature (up to 104°F) running continuously. Outdoor Gas Fireplace: $100 per 8 hours (prorated). A refundable deposit may be requested by the property. There are no blackout shades, but eye masks are provided. Smart TVs have streaming apps for you to log into; they do not have cable television. Wifi speeds fluctuate throughout the property, with maximum output closest to the routers. EV charging outlet in garage, you may need an adapter for your plug. Oversized cars may not fit or have difficulty parking in the private driveway or garage. Please inform us before booking if you plan to bring them.
