The Garden Rooms

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful garden oasis in a little hamlet on the border with North Wales, just 5 miles outside the beautiful historic city of Chester. Here you will find a newly created private suite of rooms featuring a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a kitchenette / dining room and a sun room / lounge, plus a patio and access to a large secluded garden. The property is in a rural location and borders working farmland. You will also have your own off-road parking. The space The suite is annexed to the main house. Owner occupied. The kitchenette is equipped with: a fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster, 2-ring induction hob, kettle, cafetiere, crockery, pans and utensils. The suite has wi-fi and offers a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge. In the bedroom there are blackout liners on the full length curtains. There is also a radio alarm clock, hairdryer and make-up / shaving mirrors in the bathroom. At night the exterior of the apartment is lit by movement-sensor lights so that you can find keys etc at the door. Please feel free to sit out on the patio or wander around most of the large garden (there is an area at one side reserved for private use), listen to the birds singing and enjoy the peace and privacy. Chester is only a 10 - 15 minute drive away, or you could take the bus that goes several times a day from the stop at the end of the driveway. If you are considering staying while on a work trip, Chester Business Park is a 10 minute drive away. Manchester Airport is a 50 minute drive. Alternatively you might be heading into the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the nearby Clwydian Hills (20 - 25 minute drive) to do some walking, cycling or climbing. Whatever you choose to do, I hope that you enjoy your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the suite / apartment, the patio and most areas of the large garden except where indicated. Guests have their own parking space under the chestnut tree on the front driveway.
