New accommodation with terrace and underground parking space

Welcome to our brand new apartment! Here you will find modern furnishings including a built-in kitchen and dishwasher. The apartment is very bright, spacious and has a terrace. In addition to the box spring bed, there is a sofa bed and a cozy armchair bed (each with a topper). A crib and a high chair are also there. A park is within 4 minutes' walking distance. Free underground parking is included. Other things to note Collecting your data if you are NOT a German citizen: The Federal Registration Act stipulates that we must collect your data before arrival. Conveniently, this is done via the online form of the company ibindo, a partner from Austria with whom we have been working together in a spirit of trust for many years. Please note that: - Data must be collected for ALL travelers. - Check-in is only possible after sending your data. After the registration, you will receive the check-in code. If you do not agree to the collection of your data, unfortunately you cannot book with us.
