New accommodation with terrace and underground parking space

Welcome to our brand new apartment! Here you will find modern furnishings including a built-in kitchen and dishwasher. The apartment is very bright, spacious and has a terrace. In addition to the box spring bed, there is a sofa bed and a cozy armchair bed (each with a topper). A crib and a high chair are also there. A park is within 4 minutes' walking distance. Free underground parking is included. Other things to note Collect your data if you are NOT A German citizen: The Federal Reporting Act requires us to collect your data before arrival. Conveniently, this can be done via the online form of the company ibindo, a partner from Austria with whom we have been working in a spirit of trust for many years. Please note that: - The dates must be collected for ALL travelers. - Check-in is only possible after your dates have been submitted. After the collection, you will receive the check-in code. If you don't agree to collect your information, you won't be able to book with us.
