It is fully equipped and functional for all ages. You will find all the comforts you need, whether for family reunions, gatherings with friends or simply to rest in the countryside. Some details about our accommodation: The kitchen is fully equipped and will allow you to prepare delicious meals (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pastry robot, oven dishes, pie and cake molds, separate refrigerator and freezer, everyday dishes, stemware and champagne flutes for a festive meal, etc.). The spacious living room offers all modern comforts, with a smart TV, generous sofas, and multiple board games that will occupy your evenings! On the ground floor, you will also find a sleeping area, separated from the living area with a soundproof door, with 1 bedroom with a 160 bed, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms complete the house: - green bedroom: 160 bed - Blue bedroom: 160 cm bed - Red bedroom: 160 cm bed + 90 cm bed - Bohemian room: 3 90 cm beds A bathroom and separate toilet are also available upstairs. The house is fully equipped for toddlers: crib, changing table, baby bath, high chair, plastic dishes. Linens and towels are provided in the rental. In Binas, you will find a bakery and a tobacco bar (5 min walk). 5 km away, Ouzouer-le-Marché offers a range of shops: Intermarché, butcher, pharmacy, bank, post office, pizzeria, etc. A deposit check of €200 will be requested upon arrival, and will be returned the week after your departure. During your stay, we can direct you to visits to the surrounding area: Châteaux of the Loire Valley, the Loire by bike, Châteaudun with its castle and caves, Meung-sur-Loire, Beaugency, etc. You are 45 minutes from Orléans, 40 minutes from Blois, 40 minutes from Vendôme TGV station, 20 minutes from Châteaudun, and 2 hours from Paris (by car or train from Châteaudun). Guest access Guests can access the whole house. Only the storage room will not be accessible. Other things to note Some condiments are available for guest use (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour, sugar, tea, coffee, herbal tea). The house is strictly non-smoking. No pets allowed, out of respect for other allergy sufferers. We ask guests to return the house in a correct and decent condition.
