First Floor: Walk in to the grand two-story ceilings with an open living room and kitchen concept. Hardwood floors are accented with beautiful decor throughout the home. Living Room One/ Kitchen One: The natural tones of this beautiful space will have you feeling at home after a day on the slopes. With plenty of space to cozy up on the couch, love seat, and chair all next to the gas fireplace, you will have stunning views with the floor to ceiling windows. A large 70 inch HD TV above the fireplace with cable ensures you won't miss a game. From the living room, walk out on the patio with beautiful views overlooking the ski slopes and mountain. Imagine sipping a hot cup of coffee in the morning! Within the gourmet chef's kitchen you'll find stainless steel appliances, a huge kitchen island with plenty of seating, and built-in wireless charging for devices. The wet bar with a beverage fridge has an ice maker, meaning plenty of room in the kitchen fridge for all the delicious food you can prepare while here. Imagine preparing those wonderful meals for the family on the gas cook top with vented hood and in the double oven. Clean up will be a breeze with two dishwashers! Walk upstairs into an open loft area with seating and views of the first floor. Here you'll find three spacious bedrooms to call home: Bedroom 1: This romantic space has a king bed with a vaulted ceiling and stunning chandelier. Turn the light down and snuggle up by the gas fireplace and enjoy some wine from the room's wine fridge. In the morning, take in the dawn on the walk out patio with views of the slopes and mountains. Everything you need to get ready for the day is here with a private bath boasting double sinks, private toilet, heated floors and walk in shower. Bedroom 2: You'll find another king bed to cozy up after a busy day taking in all the mountains have to offer and watch TV. There is another attached full bathroom with heated floors. Bedroom 3: This is a great space for three! There is a queen bed with a twin bunk over top. With a full private bath and TV, this will be the perfect retreat for the kids. Entertain the family and friends at the huge wet bar with beverage fridges and ice maker. With plenty of seating in the lower level living room, everyone's included! Take in the mountain air on the walkout patio after playing games and chatting the evening up. Bedroom 5: Two queen beds that comfortably can sleep four more and an attached full bathroom. Before you hit the slopes for the day, your ski clothes will be warmed and ready for you in the heated ski room with ample room for boards, boots, and bibs. With heated boot dryers on the wall, your gear is all dry from the day before when you go out the door to the slopes. There is an electronic lock for easy coming and going during the ski or pool season. Our home is on the mountain at a ski resort. Weather conditions can be challenging at times. Snow removal is managed by our HOA and is not guaranteed to be completed at arrival / departure times. The snow removal teams can only work so fast to keep up with the weather. Guest access You will have unlimited access to the entire townhome, except for the owners closets. You will also have access to the community swimming pool / hot tub between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Seven Springs Mountain resort is a paid access resort open year round! FREE shuttle running to and from the resort. 4 parking spots available at the property. 2 in the heated garage and 2 in the drive way. Overflow parking is available on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Street parking conflicts with the Southwind HOA rules. (Violators will be towed and fined) Other things to note This home is locally managed and turned over by: turnovi - Vacation Rentals & Management Professionally Managed Linens - Bedding (Including comforter, sheets, pillow cases) & towels are professionally laundered / sanitized before each guest arrives. Our Linen partner works with the major airlines and hotels in the area. They have years of experience! We take pride in having fresh & clean linens for every guest! Body-wash, Shampoo, Conditioner - Ready for use in each shower. Hand Soap by every bathroom sink . A minimum of two rolls of toilet paper per toilet. The kitchen always comes with dish soap, cleaning supplies, hand soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags and a starter roll of paper towels. The laundry room is fully stocked and ready for use!
