Relax in this unique and peaceful place, just a 2-minute walk from Piratininga Beach. The apartment is super comfortable for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people, as we offer 1 queen-size bed in the private bedroom (with blackout curtains) and a sofa-bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for those who enjoy preparing their own food. The apartment will be exclusively for you. The space Large bedroom with queen-size bed with headboards on both sides, lamp, coat rack with dresser, split air conditioning, large window with good openings and blackout. Large living room, equipped with smart TV and sofa-bed. Fully equipped kitchen with open concept with living room, glass curtained balcony with barbecue, dining table and shutters. The bathroom offers a wonderful Docol shower with gas heating. Guest access The guest will have exclusive access to all rooms in the apartment. Note: We do not have a garage available for guests, but the street is very quiet and there are always parking spaces available. There is no parking fee. According to the condominium regulations, the guest will not have access to the party/games room or the coworking space. They will also not be able to use the bicycle storage area or the shared laundry room.
