We will be happy to welcome you to our small vacation home "O PETIT BONHEUR" located 2 km from the lake and 200 m from the hiking trails. 50 m2 triplex accommodation consisting of a kitchen, living room, large bedroom (160 cm bed) bright with bathroom/toilet. Second bedroom (2 beds of 80 cm) available beyond 2 guests. Bed made upon arrival. Enclosed garden, 100 m2 terrace with deckchairs, electric grill and PRIVATE HOT TUB IN OPERATION ALL YEAR ROUND. The space Our Maisonnette is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. It is located in a quiet area in the city, between lake and mountain. It is possible to do everything by BIKE from the house and not take your car except for visits beyond Aix-les-Bains. You are 200 meters from the pedestrian-cyclable greenway and hiking trails of the Corsuet Forest. Downtown, Grand Port, Mémard beach 2 km away: 5 min by car or 10 min by bike. The house consists of 3 levels: - On the ground floor: dining area and FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen (induction stove, microwave, oven, range hood, fridge-freezer, coffee bean machine, toaster, raclette machine). WC – entrance. The living room opens directly via a French window onto the wooden terrace and the jacuzzi. - Level +1: access by a staircase to a pretty bright bedroom with 160 cm bed, shower room, toilet and storage. - Level -1: access via a small staircase to a living room area with TV. Washer-dryer. - a second bedroom with shower room (with 2 beds of 80). Only available for more than 2 guests. - Exterior: Small vegetable garden, lawn and a parking space. Total area 100 m2. Possibility to park your bikes on the enclosed ground with secure gate. > Attached but totally independent, a small studio is rented year-round to a student. ***** We take care to prepare a clean and tidy space for you, so we want our guests to make the most of it while taking care of our living space that is dear to us. ***** Access from the accommodation: - Bus line 3 minutes' walk - Lafin stop/all schedules on the Ondéa Grand Lac website. - Memard Beach and Grand Port 2 km away. 5 min drive / 10 min bike / 25 min walk. - Greenway 200 m away - along the river to the lake (10 min by bike / 25 min walk). - Departure of hiking trails for the Corsuet forest 200 m away - City center, 8 minutes by bike, 5 minutes by car - Marlioz thermal baths 10 minutes drive/15 minutes by bike. - Val Vital Chevaley Thermal Baths 8 minutes by car/15 minutes by bike. - Revard cross-country ski resort 20 km/35 min - Annecy: 29 km/30 min Guest access Access to the house through a secure code gate. The house is adjoining a small, completely independent studio which you will not have access to unless you rent both accommodations. Other things to note The accommodation is equipped with an outdoor security camera. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility as it is on 3 levels.
