Located one block from the beach, one block from all the action of Main Street, one block from the Boardwalk & festivities. Easy 2 block walk to the Ocean Center & about an hour to Orlando. Uber will take you right to the Speedway for races & concerts. Best deal in town! Beach buggy w/two chairs for guest use. On-site laundry! The space Please note - this building was constructed in 1900 - if you want perfect, pristine and modern - we suggest any nearby hotel. However, if you want clean, safe and affordable, this is your place. By requesting to book, you are agreeing to these, plus that you will pay cleaning fees if you leave a mess, your pet leaves a mess or you steal things. (I can't believe I even need to write that). This is Daytona Beach - one block from Main street. At times (Bike week) this area can be very noisy. Also, due to its location, occasionally the homeless sleep around the corner down the block from this building. I have told them the visitors don't really care for that but you can imagine their reaction :) They have never been on property, nor bothered anyone.
