Featuring a spacious 70m2 terrace with heated pool, it is surrounded by 1000m2 wooded grounds. This outdoor space and pool are private and reserved exclusively for the use of tenants. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, open to a beautiful living room of 50 m², with direct access to the terrace via large glass windows. In the sleeping area you will find 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. You will also enjoy many amenities such as darts, badminton net, giant trampoline, virtual pinball, arcade terminal, darts, table tennis and many other activities. On the terrace you can relax in the sunbathing, enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue. Washing machine and dryer are available. The rental price includes internet access, electricity, towels, linens and bed linen. Mid-week and week rental available upon request. The pool is heated and accessible as long as the outside temperature is not less than 15° almost continuously. The rental price does not include cleaning. This is the responsibility of the tenant before their departure. Post-stay cleaning fee = €100. This package includes floors, bathrooms, and bedding. All used equipment will need to be tidied up and cleaned by the tenant. Any costs incurred by necessary cleaning or any damage will naturally be deducted from the security deposit. Other things to note Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. It must be done before the agreed check-out time. The post-stay cleaning package is at an additional cost of 100 euros. This package includes floors, bathrooms, and bedding. Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to take the "Cleaning package" option. The equipment used will need to be cleaned and tidied up by the tenant.
