You will have a fully equipped kitchen, open to a beautiful 50 m² living room, with direct access to the terrace via large bay windows. In the sleeping area, you will find 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. You will also enjoy many amenities such as darts, badminton net, giant trampoline, virtual pinball, arcade terminal, darts, ping pong and many other possible activities. On the terrace you can relax in the sun loungers, enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue. Washer and dryer are available. The rental price includes internet access, electricity, towels, linen and bed linen. Mid-week and week rental available upon request. The pool is heated and accessible as long as the outside temperature is not lower than 15° almost continuously. The rental price does not include cleaning. This is the responsibility of the tenant before their departure. Post-stay cleaning fee = €100. This package includes floors, bathrooms, and bedding. All equipment used must be stored and cleaned by the tenant. Any costs incurred by necessary cleaning or any damage will naturally be deducted from the security deposit. Other things to note Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. It must be done before the agreed check-out time. The post-stay cleaning package is at an additional price of 100 euros. This package includes floors, sanitary facilities and bedding. Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to take the "Housekeeping Package" option.
