There is no additional charge for accessing our Villa, but if you wish to use the Resort Facilities and Sports, charges may be applied as opted by you. As a Registered Casa de Campo Villa or Apartment Guest, you have full access to the entire Casa de Campo Resort, Sports, and Restaurants, similar to a Villa Owner or Hotel Guest. All guests renting private villas or apartments at Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club, and for a small daily fee, are granted full access to resort areas and amenities. PLEASE NOTE, VILLA OWNERS’ FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY, but must still register with the office upon arrival. For Renting Guests, the Resort Fee is $25/day per adult (15 years of age and older), $12/child (Between 10-14 years old), Free—children under 9 years of age. This is collected by Casa de Campo upon arrival at the main gate during check in. It allows entry to Minitas Beach and use of beach chairs and towels, as well as significant discounts on activities throughout the Resort.
