It is located a few minutes from the City of Knowledge, the Canal Locks, and the Metropolitan Natural Park. Close to Albrook Mall, Cinta Costera, and Casco Viejo. Enjoy the sunset from our window and experience the simplicity and peace of our accommodation. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a full size bed. Each room has A/C (split unit type), a private bathroom, a mirror, a ceiling lamp, and a closet. It has a kitchen area, dining room, and living room. We don't have a balcony. We have a large window with a majestic view over the wooded area of the Metropolitan Natural Park. We guarantee magical sunsets from our property! Guest access The guest can use the entire apartment. Rooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area and shared spaces in the social areas: gym, swimming pool, BBQ area, ping pong table, pool table, basketball court, paddle tennis, soccer and teleworking area. Other things to note The apartment is located on a private property, with strict security rules (2 access booths to the towers). You'll have the resources and access codes needed to enter the property. There are security cameras in all common areas and common access. Once inside the apartment, you'll find a folder with important information for an organized and enjoyable stay.
