Bright apartment on the top floor

Cozy, bright new-build apartment near the historic center of Ghent and Dampoort station. Despite its quiet location, the center of Ghent and the station are easily accessible on foot. We are a unique cohousing project (Cohousing Bijgaardehof) built on the site of an old factory. New construction and authentic elements are interwoven in an oasis of greenery. The apartment is on the fourth floor and overlooks the treetops. The space You enter the hallway and walk straight through to the living room with an open kitchen that is equipped with all necessities. The terrace is accessible via two sliding doors and adjoins our living space. We normally live here with our two children (4 and 5 years old), so we have the necessary items for children (toys, high chairs, plastic plates and cups, etc.). The apartment receives natural light from every side. Enjoy the morning sun in the bay window or the afternoon and evening sun on our spacious terrace. The door to the hallway leads to a separate toilet, the bedrooms, and the bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a double bed (180cm x 200cm) and 2 children's rooms. One children's room has a single bed that can be extended to two beds (2 beds of 90 x 200cm). The other children's room has a bunk bed of 90 x 200cm. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower, double sink, and a freestanding bathtub. Downstairs, we have a communal garden that is 800m² and connects to a park with a fun playground. Guest access The apartment is accessible via an elevator that brings you to the 4th floor or via an outdoor staircase. The entire ground floor of the apartment building is for communal use, accessible only to private owners. The common areas include a laundry room, guest room, playroom, living and reading space, and kitchen. As guests, you only have access to our private apartment. You can, however, use the elevator, communal bike storage, and garden. Other things to note You can get a badge to park in the large parking lot for free. The barriers open with that badge.
