KITCHEN is equipped with full-sized fridge, gas stove, oven, cookware, dishes, and countertop appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. LIVING AREA attached to kitchen includes drop-leaf table with seating for two plus the most comfortable armchair in the world. IN-UNIT LAUNDRY with large capacity washer and dryer. BACK YARD shared with upstairs unit (hosts) includes fire pit with seating, large lawn, garden, and covered patio with dining space for four. Other things to note We don't allow guests to bring pets onto the premises. This is in part because we have a dog and three cats living upstairs, plus four chickens in the backyard, and they have exclusive pet rights to the property. You're welcome to interact with the animals if you want, but please don't let them into the basement.
