This comfortable and quiet flat, equipped with Netflix and Wi-Fi, is furnished to meet every need, whether you are here for business or leisure. The space Situated on the third and last floor of the building, this is a cosy studio apartment that will be able to transmit well-being and tranquillity to you thanks to the context in which it is located. It features a double sofa bed with a comfortable mattress that will allow you to enjoy an intense rest. The living area is equipped with a comfortable two-seater sofa, a dining table and a SMART HD TV that will also allow you to watch Amazon Prime and Netflix, with my already active account. Wi-Fi connection throughout the house. The kitchen is complete with stove, fridge, microwave and of course a complete set of pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. It is completed by a Moka Bialetti coffee machine and a water boiler with tea and herbal tea bags. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find shampoo and shower gel, sheets, duvet and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The bathroom offers a spacious and modern shower. There are complete sanitary facilities, a washing machine, mirror, hairdryer and all the space you need to store your personal belongings. Guest access Access for guests is via a communal courtyard with an enchanting view of the Maira Valley, where they can enjoy moments of tranquillity, admiring the breathtaking panorama and its extraordinary sunsets. Founded in 1240, it has been the land of counts, marquises and bourgeoisie.
