Charming family home

This pretty house located in a quiet area is ideal for a family stay. Among its assets, a beautiful exterior with a terrace accessible from the living room: you can enjoy meals in the shade of the vineyard. On the ground floor, children will easily find something to do: swing, ping-pong, trampoline... On foot, you will be less than 15 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the natural site of Plomarc'h. The space Beautiful house, from the 1930s on four floors completely renovated. • First floor: it is accessible from the street via an external staircase. It consists of an entrance with a space to store coats and shoes... a toilet, a large living room, serving as a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, you can install a play mat with early learning toys for toddlers. With the TV, you have access to Canal+ and Disney+. The outdoor terrace is accessed through two French windows, one in the kitchen and one in the living room. On this terrace, you will find a plancha, a table with six chairs (possibility to add four that are stored under the staircase leading to the garden) and a rattan living room with four armchairs and a table. This space is particularly pleasant in summer thanks to the shade provided by the vine that runs on the pergola. A staircase leads down to the garden where children (and older ones😉) will find their happiness: trampoline, swing, ping pong table, small hut, molki... you can also have your meals in the garden: a table is available downstairs. A gate provides direct access to the street: you can store your bikes and/or stroller under the terrace. We will leave beach games and a parasol available. At the foot of the laurel, you will find a small outdoor shower that allows you to rinse quickly after the beach: it is a small wooden terrace with a warm water jet. • second floor: a first bedroom with a single mezzanine bed and a wardrobe. A second bedroom with a single bed and a wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and toilet as well as a changing table. In the hallway, you will find in a closet many board games and toys that are available to you. • Third floor: a master suite with a large bed 180 cm wide, storage for clothes, a bathroom with shower and toilet. There's also a TV with access to Canal+ and Disney+. Baby bed and co-sleeping bed available. • Ground floor: you can access it by a staircase from the entrance. A large hallway will take you to the laundry room where you will find a clothes drying rack, a dryer and a washing machine. It is also possible to hang the laundry outside (clothesline). The garden is accessed through the laundry room through a French window. Guest access You have access to the whole house, except the rooms where it is indicated private on the door: so please do not enter (some do not lock). Other things to note During your stay, you may come across one of the family's three cats, Chanel, Bilig and Picote. They will be outside or in the garage, completely autonomous to feed themselves. However, you can let them into the house, they will be delighted to be able to find their assigned places on the sofa 😉and of course, they will not be against a few small strokes if you feel like it!
