There are 8 stairs to access basement. Private driveway that accommodates 2 cars. There is also free parking on the road. Two entrances/exits. Front entrance has 4 steps and a small step up at front door. Side door at driveway has 4 steps leading into home. Home has two dedicated work areas and high speed wi fi. Kitchen is fully equipped with all small appliances, cookware, pots, pans, utensils and bake wear needed to prepare meals. There is a front porch with two chairs and a side table. Guest access You have use of everything on the main level. In the basement you have use of washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack and laundry supplies on the washer and dryer. There are tools on the main level in the living room closet. Other things to note I have an on call maintenance service should the need arise. The WiFi password is on the fridge. Front door has smart lock. Key fobs available. Lock auto locks.
