It’s also a great base for exploring the beautiful Peak District and The Roaches. A welcoming, pet-friendly stay ideal for couples, families, walkers, or guests attending weddings at the picturesque Foxtail Barns just 5–10 minutes drive away. 🏡✨ The space This spacious dormer bungalow is the perfect place to relax and make lasting memories with family or friends. The property offers comfortable living spaces, flexible sleeping arrangements, and a lovely garden with an undercover hot tub for you to enjoy. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and workspace area. The cosy living room features Virgin TV and is set up with apps such as Netflix and Disney+, so you can simply log in and start watching. There is also a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a full wardrobe, and doors with a full-length mirror. A ground floor bathroom includes a shower over the bath for added convenience. Just off the living area is a small snug with extra seating, which leads into the bright conservatory dining space overlooking the garden. From the snug area, stairs lead upstairs to two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is ideal for families or groups and includes a set of bunk beds with a single trundle pull-out bed, as well as a double bed with a single bunk above, making it a great option for children or additional guests. Outside, you will find a good-sized garden with a large seating area and a spacious undercover hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day out. Guest access The bungalow offers fully self check-in via a key safe, so you are free to arrive at a time that suits you after the check-in time of 4:00 pm. You will receive the key safe code on the morning of your arrival. We will also let you know as soon as the property is ready, and if it happens to be ready earlier than expected, you are very welcome to check in early and enjoy the facilities for a little longer. While issues are very rare, if you do happen to experience any problems accessing or with the property and arrive after 7:00 pm, please note that we may not always be able to attend immediately, but we will of course do our best to help as quickly as possible. Other things to note Hot Tub – Key Guidelines (Please Read) 1. Do not turn off or adjust the system. Only use the bubble button. 2. Maximum 8 guests in the hot tub at one time. 3. Children must be supervised at all times. 4. No glass items in the hot tub area. Plastic glasses only (provided in the kitchen). 5. No food in the hot tub. 6. Rinse off before use to help keep the water clean. 7. Always replace and secure the lid after use. 8. Take care on wet surfaces – use the non-slip mats provided. 9. Hot tub curfew: 10:00 pm (please respect our neighbours). 10. The hot tub is set to reach 40°C for your arrival.
