Bright, airy room with desk, drawers & cupboard. No food in bedrooms.. Clean & welcoming. Modern spacious kitchen, in house of charm & character. The bathroom has a beautiful Italian black & grey marble with a comfortable over bath shower. The kitchen has a conservatory with large opening windows on to patio garden, perfect for summer BBQ's & chilling in the sunshine. The house has all mode cons. This is a peaceful clean & tidy house. We hope all guests will respect that. The space My space is unique as it is filled with art & often music. It’s a friendly house & I like to maintain the clean and calming environment & encourage all guests to participate with this philosophy. Quiet & calm makes for a relaxing home. I hope all guests can appreciate this. Food & good health is important to me, so I cook regularly, with an emphasis on vegetables. I like to sit out to drink my coffee in the morning, to potter in the garden. It’s in a friendly neighbourhood with lots of good amenities in the area. It’s walking distance to Clapham Common & there are hire bikes available within walking distance. The tube is just 5 minutes away. Guest access You have a private bedroom to yourself but are welcome to use the kitchen, the telly room, the bathroom & the garden. You do not have access to the cellar & the back living room or other bedrooms. During your stay I live in the house and enjoy interacting with guests but work from home, so the living room won’t always be accessible. I also do creative projects—feel free to join if I’m painting or drawing in the garden or kitchen. I value a calm, tidy space and work hard to keep communal areas clean. Other guests may be around and open to chatting. Quiet hours are midnight–7am. If you plan to party and come home drunk every night, this isn’t the place for you. Sometimes unexpectedly. I like to bake cakes & cookies too. I welcome guests from across the world. I love travelling & when I can’t, I love hosting.
