Site 12: Gandalfs Green 30 Amp RV Camp Site Water

High amp sites are very limited here! * Safe place to park * Indoor and Outdoor bathrooms * Indoor laundry * Fire Pit / Grills / Tables available (ask) * Fresh Well Water * 30 and 15 Amp Electricity * Free wifi * View of both horses and cows * Close to town, but not too close * Free outdoor shower stall * RV Dump Station in large field * Site is lit by rope lights, but arrival after dark NOT recommended The space This is a 20x50 foot site. Gandalf the Gray Wizard is your site's mascot. Use the water spout to align the center of your site. There is a bathroom / laundry combo that is shared with house residents which you may use. If you bring your own shower or outhouse tent / solution, that's fine. But please, only use the water spout in the field pointing toward your site. Please only use the 30 amp plug on the gray box from site 11. 30 to 50 amp Amperage adapters are not allowed because they trip the breaker. Step downs to 15 are allowed and available to borrow if needed. If using the outdoor shower stall, please wear minimum swimsuit or similar attire. The bathroom / laundry area on the side of the house is shared with the house guests, but available for use. Pets must be on a leash / penned for safety. IMPORTANT: If you tow a camper you MUST own the tow capable vehicle. Renting one to get a camper on site is against the rules. Guest access The picnic table area, the bathroom, shower, and pathways are common areas. The rest of the house is for roomed guests only. Other things to note Interactions with horses are at your own risk. All trash must be bagged in 13 gallon bags or larger. If you need bags or a bin at your site just ask.
