The space In the neighborhood considered the second center of the city, at the end of a quiet street (close to a permanent preservation area), a large garage with an automatic gate awaits you outdoors, with plenty of space for your car, and a mini organic garden. Entering through the pleasant balcony where the morning sun shines, snuggle up on the living room sofas with TV and Netflix, plus books for entertainment. If you want, we also offer a quality chess board (and clock), and even private lessons about the game! If you need to, there is a restroom nearby. Arrived hungry? Enjoy the kitchen right next to the living room. It already has a stove, microwave, pots, dishes, cutlery, table, chairs… ready for you! If you feel like something is missing, just cross the street and the market is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.m stopping for lunch, every day! Leave your bags in the bedroom, relax in a very pleasant bath, then just lie down and rest quietly. Choose between one of the double bedrooms or our shared room. During your stay We are available to assist and improve the guest's stay as much as possible, and we look forward to receiving constructive suggestions and criticism, but we do not offer room service or anything like that. Visitors, new guests, children, animals and/or any strangers are not allowed without prior authorization from the hosts. Entry to or exit from the property will only be allowed between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., with prior notice to the host (who is the sole holder of the keys), except in cases of a real emergency. Damage to any part of the property, objects and/or resources made available in it, will result in a fine to the person causing the damage, consisting of: - Value of the new item (identical or similar equivalent available on the market) for replacement - Plus the value of labor for repair and/or replacement (minimum value equivalent to one night's stay).
