Welcome to a paradise! Our newly renovated Villa offers a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king bed and a separate living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests. The condo has hot water and is fully equipped. Bring your swimsuit! Enjoy the scenic bay views and watch dolphins and manatees from your window. Walk to the pristine beach and explore fine dining and shops just outside the resort gates. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the ground level. The space The condo has one master bedroom with its own bathroom ( shower and toilet) and it has an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet. The condo has hot water. It is on the bayside of Captiva with views of the Bay. Beach access ( Gulf side) is 10 minutes walk from the condo. Guest access You have full access to the condo. There is a small closet which I keep locked for my basic cleaning supplies Other things to note While currently there are limited reviews for this property, I’m committed to ensuring a wonderful stay for my guests. You can check out my positive reviews from another property I manage in Cape Coral. http://airbnb.com/h/surfsideelegance Please be aware that Sanibel and Captiva Island faced significant challenges due to Hurricane Ian in September 2022, which affected many businesses and properties. However, the area is gradually recovering, with most amenities expected to reopen by the end of 2024. Conveniently, there are a few restaurants and a Starbucks near the condo that are already operational. Part of the charm of this island right now is why I fell in love with the island, many years ago. Since the Hurricane, the island and beaches have been a little slower than normal, and to me that is hugely appealing. The beaches are beautiful and back to normal. Do note, Captiva is still in the process of rejuvenation, meaning some construction work and noise may be noticeable, and our resort is among the places being restored. The condo is accessible by stairs, as the elevator repair is ongoing – it's located on the first floor, involving just two small flights of stairs to reach.
