Stay in scenic surroundings in the immediate vicinity of the Kongeparken, Norwegian outlet, swimming areas and family-friendly hiking areas. A quick drive away from Sandnes/Kvadrat, Stavanger and the Jærstrendene. The space The house has three bedrooms with two beds each and a sofa bed in the basement living room. Spacious sofa area and dining area, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In the basement there are toys and games, as well as a PS4 that can be used. Here there is also a storage room where you will find a vacuum cleaner, drying rack, iron and ironing board as well as a fuse box. There is a small terrace on the main floor and a larger terrace downstairs with exit from the master bedroom. Here you will find a barbecue, dining area, sunbeds and a pool suitable for children. There are several playgrounds and football pitches in the immediate vicinity, and not least great hiking trails in all directions. There is private parking in the carport, with electric car charger. Please let us know if you need this to be available. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. We usually live in the house so treat our things with care.
