‘Phoenix’ Cottage is a cozy hideaway haven for couples wishing to escape and bask in the natural beauty of Mallacoota. It sits on the cliff overlooking Bastion Point beach. Nothing but the foreshore reserve stands between you and the ocean. Look out onto the bush from the downstairs deck, watch the birds and listen to the waves crashing below. Evening is a magical experience from the upstairs balcony enjoy a drink as the sun fades on the day. Come and be enchanted! The space Phoenix Cottage is a two story dwelling. Downstairs comprises a kitchen with double oven and quality cookware for all your dine in needs. An open adjacent dinning room with lounge chairs by a wood heater for winter. Large bifold doors open onto an outside lower deck with BBQ facilities which overlooks the garden and bushland reserve, enjoy distant ocean views. Also downstairs is a bathroom with shower and handbasin a separate toilet and laundry with front loading washing machine and trough. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws for your belongings wake up and look out to a view over the trees to the ocean beyond. Also upstairs is a delightful lounge with smart tv/Wifi and a selection of board games for rainy days. large bifold doors open onto a generous upstairs balcony with 3 piece table setting overlooking the bush with the ocean beyond Guest access Guests have access to the entire house Other things to note there are 16 stairs with a handrail, between the upstairs and downstairs sections of the house. For this reason, Phoenix cottage is not suitable for anyone with mobility challenges and or very small children.
