A 10 min drive northwest of the city of London you will find a cozy comfy country setting. Centrally located, an easy drive to a variety of golf courses, markets, restaurants & towns; Komoka, Delaware, Mt. Brydges, Ilderton, Arva, Lucan, Exeter, Strathroy, Ailsa Craig, Parkhill, Sarnia, Grand Bend (Lake Huron) Bayfield, St. Mary’s, Stratford to name a few. Enjoy mornings with coffee on the porch and relax with a glass of wine while watching the sunset at the end of another glorious country day. The space The property we live on is a one acre private country property. There are farmers fields on three sides and a neighbour on one side (not the side where the guest house is located). There are large beautiful trees, a variety of birds and it’s not uncommon to see bunnies, chipmunks, squirrels and sometimes even ducks visiting the property. Guest access Guests have their own parking spot, full access to the guest house, the wrap around porch & the yard. Other things to note Guests are welcome to play with outdoor games ie; Cornhole & Ball toss.
