T3 – Direct access to the beach

I suggest you stay in our second home, a 70 m2 T3, very recently renovated, and newly equipped, making it a pleasant and functional apartment for 4 people, with direct access to the beach located at the bottom of the building. The space Small condominium of 11 apartments, ours is located on the first floor. One loggia overlooks the street, the other enjoys a side sea view. You will have 2 bedrooms of more than 11 m2, with storage, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 180 cm bed. Bed linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, small appliances... The bathroom is small but has a large shower (140 x 80) and the toilet is separate. The living room is spacious, with a sitting area and a dining area. The sea-side loggia, not overlooked, with its high table, completes the apartment. The bay window opens wide to the outside. For parking, you have free spaces at the foot of the building, with secure access (barriers and padlocks). However, as the number of spaces is limited at this location, it is highly recommended to take a subscription to the parking meter that will allow you to park on the street and everywhere on Palavas, where all the spaces are paid - 35 euros for the week. This is especially true since the apartment is quite far from the city center... The nearby campsite supermarket offers a bread depot, fresh produce and groceries. Secure access to the building (pass). I do not charge a cleaning fee. I ask guests to return the apartment tidy and clean, as it was when they arrived. The apartment having been redone by us, I ask guests to be particularly careful and respectful of the place and the equipment and to report to me without delay any possible damage or malfunction. Finally, we designed this accommodation for our personal use in terms of comfort, decoration and amenities. We hope it will meet your expectations as much as ours! Other things to note Maximum 4 people and one vehicle. Pets are allowed if they are well behaved... Hand delivery of keys on the day of arrival.
