8 minutes from the medieval city of Provins, this peaceful 3* cottage offers a relaxing family stay. The space Two very large bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with four single beds. In each room there is a bookcase with a reading corner. A very well-equipped dining room with everything for meals, a large board game cabinet, a first aid kit, a sewing box..., a living room with a very large sofa and a TV as well as plaids. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with sink and shower, a separate toilet, a small gym equipped with a massage table as a bonus! A laundry room with a lot of baby and young children's equipment: stroller, highchair, booster, deckchair, bathtub, toilet booster, changing mat, bibs, baby towels, bottle warmer... Enough to lighten the car! At the end of the large garden is an open room transformed into an outdoor play area. Some bicycles are available with helmets. Deckchairs and hammocks, a swing and a terrace with table, chairs, umbrella, pergola and barbecue complete the package. At your disposal: a mini aromatic vegetable garden and strawberries. finally you will find in the house a zero waste shopping kit, coolers, picnic accessories... and for the things you forget: slippers, swimsuits, hats, small bags, umbrellas, and a few other little things just in case! Guest access only the cellar and the hut at the bottom of the garden are not accessible. The rooms are upstairs accessible by a slightly steep staircase, our gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
