The space The house (with garden and parking) is ideal for relaxing with friends or family (up to 15 people). Located in the heart of the charming, rural village of Brénod, the house is just steps from the village square, next to the bar-restaurant-grocery store, the bakery, and the cheese shop (renowned in the Comté region). Brénod is situated in the Haut-Bugey region (a stronghold of the French Resistance) on the delightful Hauteville plateau. Rolling hills dotted with deciduous and coniferous trees, its cows and their bells grazing in the meadows, its charming villages with their church steeples, its local produce including cheeses and honeys, and its summer and winter activities will rejuvenate you. There are numerous activities nearby: walks starting from the village and surrounding areas, dog sledding and pony rides, horseback riding, etc. Swimming pool available in the summer. Summer resort (water slide, go-karts, treetop adventure course, etc.) In winter, when there's snow, enjoy family-friendly cross-country skiing (in the village) and downhill skiing, sledding, and snowshoeing nearby. A large covered area provides shelter from the summer rain. The house comprises 7 spacious rooms (160 m² of living space). The ground floor houses the living areas: the kitchen, the living room (garden side), and the dining room (courtyard side). These two rooms can each be used as separate bedrooms, each with a double sofa bed. Upstairs: 4 separate bedrooms (one of which is a connecting room), each with a double bed and several single beds. There are 2 bathrooms (showers) and 2 separate toilets on the ground floor, one on each floor. A large barn is attached to the house.
