Casa Chill, nice, detached chalet by forest

Welcome to my lovely chalet on the outskirts of the Kniphorstbosch, a beautiful and archaeological part of the Drentsche Aa National Park. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with one of the nicest shopping and entertainment cities in the Netherlands, Groningen, 20 minutes away by car. The chalet is quiet and detached on a site that is still under construction. There are no facilities on the premises itself, there are several supermarkets and shops accessible within 10 minutes by car. The space There is 1 bedroom with a double bed (Queen size) and a nice bathroom with rain shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. The spacious kitchen offers a lovely sofa, 65 inch smart TV and a round dining table with 4 chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, plenty of cookware and tableware, a Senseo machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, a combination microwave oven, and a fridge and freezer. The living room has a sliding door to the spacious covered terrace. Enjoy the morning sun from the cozy sitting area or hang out at the 4-person dining table. Likewise, in winter, it is pleasant to stay here with the terrace heater. Guest access Guests use the entire chalet and terrace alone. The chalet opposite Casa Chill also uses the path in front of the chalet. Other things to note Dogs are allowed in the chalet and on a leash on the premises. The fence around the terrace is 65 cm high. The nearest off-leash area is 5 km away from the chalet. Small children are also welcome, there is a camping bed with a nice mattress and bedding provided, if communicated in time. This bed fits in the bedroom, but it will be tight.
