Welcome to my house on the beach in El Cocal, El Salvador. House is 35 minutes from the airport with a point break in the backyard and 5 other point breaks are a short drive or bus ride. World famous wave Punta Roca is 1 mile down the beach. Less than half mile from the new ByPass and 7 min car ride to El Tunco/Surfcity, our place is well located. Gas station right around the corner and 5 min away to the must convenience super market “Super Selectos” located in el puerto. The space I hope you find our house to be a modern paradise right on the beach and a world class point break that even the the most selective people will be well pleased with. Why have to go on a surf trip and suffer? Now you can fit your friends and family in this luxury house and enjoy the surf, the beach and ocean in luxury. Watch the sunset from either of the 2 balconies or sitting in the pool if you prefer. The bathrooms, kitchen bedding, pillows, sheets and linens are well stocked and all top notch. Towels, toilet paper, pots and pans, dishes and silverware are also included. We also have 3 extra bedrooms on the property if you have a bigger party that you can use for an extra fee each. Bedroom 1: 4 people, one queen bed and a pull-out sofa, sheets and linens, towels, full bathroom, smart tv, mini fridge, AC and internet. Cost: $75 per night Bedroom 2: 2 people, 2 single beds, sheets and linens, towels, full bathroom, smart tv, cable, AC and internet. Cost: $50 per night Bedroom 3: 2 people, 1 queen bed, sheets and linens, towels, full bathroom, smart tv, cable, AC and internet. Cost: $50 per night In total, 10 to 16 people fit on the property: 10 in the main house and the rest distribuited in the extra bedrooms. Guest access House is located in the back of the property right on the ocean so the area outside the house and pool area and access gate to the beach is included with the house. Other things to note There is a family living in their own space on the property, far away enough to provide privacy; they take care of the property maintenance and keep it clean. Also, we have 2 very friendly loving guard dogs.
