This 2-bedroom cabin has modern-day amenities for your use: full kitchen, bathroom with shower, heating and cooling. The property is 1/3 acre with a welcoming backyard deck to expand your outdoor entertaining. Outdoor sofa and camp chairs for lounging await you. Dog friendly w/pet fee. *FIRE BAN ISSUED in CA for fire season! NO CAMP FIRES! The space Total WiFi coverage in the cabin and backyard! Large great room/familyroom! Sofa seats 8! This main space in the cabin also has a big 70-inch television with Netflix! We have installed Starlink for uninterrupted WiFi access in the cabin and the back outdoor living/entertaining space. Knotty pine on all cabin walls - it’s adorable, comfy and relaxing! Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole cabin, as well as our relaxing outdoor living space in the backyard. Propane BBQ grill included! ****FIRE BAN in California is in effect - NO campfires allowed through end of October or you will get a hefty ticket from Forestry Department!*** It is also ant season, so please wipe down counters and do dishes after every use or else ants will be visiting you during your stay! Other things to note Trail of 100 Giants is only a 30-minute drive from the cabin! If you like fishing, I recently had guests who caught fish at the nearby Deer Creek - fun!
