The space Villa Adele, 180 square meters, consists of three apartments with independent entrances and can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests. Two of these consist, in total, of a double living room, two kitchens equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer with dining table, two bathrooms, three double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed. The remaining apartment also has a kitchen with dining room, full bathroom and double bedroom with two double sofa beds. Outside, guests can relax and enjoy the sun by the pool, for the exclusive use of guests, with a bar counter and various poolside deck chairs. Here, there is a canopy equipped with a table where you can spend pleasant days outdoors and enjoy the evening breeze. Villa Adele has amenities such as: two outdoor showers, hairdryer, microwave, 3 washing machines, TV, mosquito nets, parking inside the property, barbecue, air conditioning and Internet. Other things to note AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: - Bedding and bath linens The first supply is optional and has an additional cost of €15 per person (one-off). If necessary, please inform the property before arrival. - Linen change Available upon request, at an additional cost of €15 per person. - Tourist tax Payable at check-in: €1.00 per night per person, from June 1st to September 30th, for guests aged 13 and over. The tax is not included in the price of the stay. - Domestic animals Pets are welcome in our villa and are subject to a surcharge. It is mandatory to indicate its presence at the time of booking. Any animals not previously communicated may not be accepted or may result in a request for an additional payment on site. - Electric car charging It is strictly forbidden to recharge electric or plug-in hybrid cars using the sockets of the house or common areas, which are not designed for this use. The consumption included refers exclusively to normal use of the accommodation.
