Nestled in the forest of the White Mountains, this pristine, new tiny camp sits in the ideal location for mountain and nature lovers. Waterfalls, major trailheads (Appalachia), and a beautiful lake are an easy 20 minute walk along a flat, wooded trail. For peak baggers, this is a perfect spot to start or end a Presidential Traverse and climb such striking and iconic mountains as Madison, Adams, Jefferson, and Washington. Fully off-grid. The space New construction mini house style camp with porch and fire pit. One room. Very comfortable full-size bunk beds. Very large windows. Teak table and two chairs. Kitchen area has a stool with L-shaped mahogany desk/counter top. Cabinet with pans, utensils, mugs, plates, bowls, free coffee and tea. Water. Two porch chairs. Blue Tooth speaker, charged lantern, USB lights (bring a charging brick to use). Walk a hundred feet up the hill and you are on the Presidential Range Rail Trail for biking, easy walking to waterfalls, a lake, and one of the largest trailheads in the White Mountains. 10 minutes by car to town with amenities. Fully off grid. No power, drinking water provided. Clean outhouse. Other things to note Follow the written directions to the cabin as the pin does not guide people as well. The written directions will get you right there.
