You will be close to all town amenities, yet removed and quiet. Family/group friendly, enjoy your adventure away WITH OTHERS. Each suite is private with key locks, has a TV and an extra private space for solitude. The main level has shared spaces with kitchen, living room, games & Xbox, and a large deck looking out at the lake, with dining table/chair, BBQ. Please take note - NO A/C The space Close to stores, post office, restaurants and more... AND Only 9min. walk to either of the 2 Parks on the East( 2 fishing docks, playground & picnic tables) and West(boat launch, fishing dock, upper area is playground & picnic tables) sides of the lake. The home has 3 suites, yours being one of them. Each suite has its own private full bathroom and a separate private living space (one being an upper deck so really only in good weather). Entry level of home is @ 1700 sq ft having most of the common (shared) areas, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family/game room, laundry room, 1/2 bath, Living room/TV/reading room, coffee kitchenette/library, a BBQ & hammock on the back deck (@ 500 square ft). All common areas are maintained by host( BUT everyone cleans up after themselves). Including all the various houseplants( please inform ONLY if you believe they are sad). Perfect for a student or persons relocating. We also have fruit trees and berries in their seasons that we can share. Extended stays welcome as available, although supplies are only enough for the average stay of 3days, if guests stay longer than a week they should buy some supplies. Check us out for FIFA World Cup 2026, we are only 30 miles away by car and trains are available only 7.6 miles away. During your stay Please call if there is anything you might have need of...we will do our best to accommodate. Other things to note Please keep in mind that there are 3 suites in the top floor of our home. There could be other guest staying any of them that you have not paid to occupy. Although access to lake is not allowed at this property there are parks on either side of the lake from us and only a short 9 min. walk away We also have fishing poles and life jackets to take to the lake parks ... and worms on property somewhere. Even a wagon to haul stuff there and back. Also, we try hard to provide supplies (TP, coffee, snacks, soaps & other essentials) for your first few days. If you plan to stay longer than 1 week you may need to provide some of your own supplies. Please let us know if this is a problem we will work out something.
